Since 2017, Jimmy has resided in Northern VA with his wife, Kristen, and their 4 children. Following a 20-year career in the U.S. Air Force, he retired in September 2023. Driven by a desire to make much of God, he is committed to the five theological disciplines, which he believes are crucial in bringing praise to God! Jimmy is currently a Chaplain with Corporate Chaplains of America and holds a Master of Divinity degree from Regent University.

Ray and his wife, Miranda, have called Stafford, VA home since 1994, enjoying over 40 years of marriage. Together, they have three adult children and six grandchildren. In December 2011, he concluded a 35-year career in the Federal Environmental Compliance field. For over 40 years, Ray and his wife have served the church in numerous leadership capacities. In recent years, however, they have focused their efforts on family ministry, with a particular emphasis on marriage mentoring and coaching. Ray holds a degree in Environmental Sciences from George Washington University. He is also a certified marriage coach and mentor.

Lindsey has a deep love for the Lord and a passion for children’s ministry. For fifteen years, she has served in children’s ministry and has worked with kids in various settings for a total of twenty-five years. Lindsey is a devoted wife to Ronnie and a proud mother of their three children, all of whom attend SALT with them. Lindsey joyfully welcomes your family to SALT Kids, where she fosters a safe and engaging atmosphere that points these precious children to the love and Truth of Christ. “Therefore, be imitators of God, as dearly loved children; and walk in love, just as Messiah also loved us and gave Himself up for us as an offering and sacrifice to God for a fragrant aroma.” (Ephesians 5:1-2)

Jaime and Noemi Adams are devoted followers of Jesus who serve as the Young Adults Directors at Salt Bible Church. Jaime retired from the United States Marine Corps after 17 years of faithful service and is currently a high school teacher. Noemi is an Army veteran who, first and foremost, loves her Savior, Jesus Christ. She disciples their daughter to walk with the Lord not only through words, but also through a life that reflects Christ. Together, they are passionate about walking alongside young adults, teaching repentance, obedience, cross-bearing, and daily surrender to Christ.

Ronnie, loves the Lord and His Church! He has joyfully served in ministry for over fifteen years. He has been married to his wife, Lindsey, since 2004 and, together, they have 3 children, all of whom attend SALT with them. For Ronnie, Faith and family are of utmost importance. He looks forward to welcoming you on Sunday! “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.
