Leadership

Jimmy Clanagan
Jimmy has lived in the Northern VA area with his wife, Kristen, and their 4 children since 2017. After a 20-year career in the US Air Force, he retired honorably in September 2023. Jimmy desires to make much of God, the theological disciplines and caring for the Body of Christ. He holds a Master of Divinity degree from Regent University.

Ray Brown
Ray and his wife, Miranda, have called Stafford, VA home since 1994, enjoying over 40 years of marriage. Together, they have three adult children and six grandchildren. In December 2011, he concluded a 35-year career in the Federal Environmental Compliance field. For over 40 years, Ray and his wife have served the church in numerous leadership capacities. In recent years, however, they have focused their efforts on family ministry, with a particular emphasis on marriage mentoring and coaching. Ray holds a degree in Environmental Sciences from George Washington University. He is also a certified marriage coach and mentor.

Taylor Terry
Taylor hails from Fredericksburg, Virginia, where she grew up alongside six younger siblings. Her life has been dedicated to nurturing others, through babysitting, tutoring, and volunteering in children’s ministry at church. It was at church that she met Kendrick, and they’ve happily been married since 2022. Although they currently don’t have children, the couple is in the process of adopting. As Taylor deepens her love for the Lord and understanding of His Word, her passion for teaching children about the good news has intensified. She is thrilled to lead the Salt Kids ministry, where she hopes the children will learn, believe, and continue in the Scriptures (2 Tim 3:14).

Kendrick Terry
Kendrick has called Northern Virginia home since 1975, having moved from Mississippi when his father was assigned to the Pentagon. He has worked as a firefighter/medic for 19 years and is currently assigned to the Fire Marshal’s Office. Raised in a Baptist church, Kendrick has cherished a love for Jesus since childhood, receiving Christ at the age of 17. Grateful for his salvation, he feels compelled to share the gospel so others can experience the joy of faith. He enjoys participating in outreach and evangelism alongside his wife, Taylor, whom he married in 2022. Although they do not yet have children, they are anticipating the blessing of adoption in the near future.
